Sylvia Vajda

Sylvia Vajda was born in Budapest and came to the UK with her Hungarian mother and English stepfather when she was 4 years old.  She completed a foundation course in Kingston in Art and Design, followed by obtaining a BA Honours Degree in Fashion Textiles from Brighton Polytechnic, hence the decorative element in many of her works.
